Carol's passion is for creating safe places. There, you can review, process, and notice where God is at work. Bring any concerns, challenges, and life experiences to this safe place. Through prayerful listening, conversation, and support and by using a variety of spiritual practices, Carol will assist you in listening to and responding to God.
Some of Carol's life experiences include collegiate and community discipleship ministry with the Navigators, 35+ years of small group leadership/coaching, graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, participating as part of a church plant in Maryland and infant adoption. She has also served in church music ministries, divorce recovery, mentor coaching, lay counseling ministries, and is a certified life coach.
God has used painful losses in Carol's life to drive her to know Him in a deeper, more honest way. As a result, she has grown in greater empathy, compassion, and hope for those experiencing loss.
Carol is currently enjoying a season of empty nesting with her husband after delighting in the parenting of four adult daughters. She loves being with family and friends, reading, playing piano, biking, long walks and great talks.
